Airshift Runner · Help & Support
A free, single-player arcade game with Endless and Daily modes, optional Game Center rankings, and optional one-time tips.
Contact support
Email wsup@untitledxproject.com with “Airshift Runner Support” in the subject. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help; remove personal information before sending it. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.
You can also use our contact page.
How do I play?
Tap to boost the car upward and pass through the gaps. Each cleared obstacle pair adds one point. Endless gives you a fresh course each run. Daily uses a shared course that changes at 00:00 UTC. You can try the daily course more than once.
Is the game free?
Yes. The full game is free, with no advertising. SUPPORT AIRSHIFT offers optional, one-time consumable tips. Tips do not unlock features, improve scores, grant bonuses, or start a subscription. Apple displays the price for your country or region before you confirm a purchase.
Why is my leaderboard empty or my score missing?
Online rankings require an internet connection and Game Center sign-in. Check Game Center in your device’s Settings, complete a new run with a score of at least one, then open Rankings for that mode. Scores from offline or unauthenticated runs may remain local and are not automatically uploaded later. Endless and Daily have separate rankings; the Daily leaderboard follows its daily schedule.
Where are my personal bests stored?
Local personal bests and recent results are stored on your device. Deleting the app can remove them. Local records are separate from scores already submitted to Game Center. A reinstall does not automatically restore local records from the leaderboard.
A tip is pending, failed, or unavailable
Check your internet connection and tap RELOAD AMOUNTS. Pending purchases may need Apple account or family approval. If a purchase result is unclear, check your Apple purchase history before trying again. You can continue playing the full game without buying anything.
Can I restore or refund a tip?
Tips are consumable purchases and do not create an unlock to restore. For billing questions or to request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem website. Apple handles purchase billing and refund requests.
The game freezes or has no sound
Close and reopen the app, check for an available update, and restart your device if needed. Sound is optional: turn SOUND ON from the game menu and check your device’s volume. Contact support if the problem continues. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step because local records may be lost.
Privacy
Read the Airshift Runner Privacy Policy for information about local storage, Game Center, tips, and support requests.

“Making a successful luxury brand in nine years is genius. It’s a feat that I admire and hope to continue building upon with a rich legacy. He revolutionised streetwear and luxury that crosses generations and decades. He showed the world that the underrepresented, the underdogs and Black people, in particular, have brilliant minds and can push and compete equally in the establishment. He inspired hope and brought about change.” - Ibrahim Kamara, Art&Image Director Off-White™
